What am I actually buying when I invest in Replicate?

Can I sell my position before the IPO?
No. Pre-IPO shares are private and illiquid — there's no secondary market to sell them back into, and transfers require the company's approval. Your position is locked until Replicate IPOs or is acquired. This is the same arrangement every pre-IPO investor accepts.
