Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and VeldenStake, Inc. ("VeldenStake"). They cover the website at veldenstake.com, the VeldenStake mobile experience, the VeldenStake API, and any other software or services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

If you don't agree to these Terms, please do not open an account or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported jurisdiction to open a VeldenStake account. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or your country of residence.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify VeldenStake immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close an account at any time, with reasonable notice where practical, if we determine you've violated these Terms or applicable law.

Orders placed through VeldenStake are routed to and settled against the VeldenStake private-market ledger. Quoted prices are indicative of the prevailing private-market reference price for each listed company and may change between the time you submit an order and the time it is filled. Positions can be closed at any time at the then-quoted price.

VeldenStake charges a 1% trade fee on every order. On buys, the fee is added on top of the order subtotal; on sells, it is deducted from proceeds. The exact fee amount is displayed on the order ticket and again on the confirmation screen before you submit. Deposits and withdrawals are free. Wire-transfer and other third-party fees may apply when your bank moves funds.

VeldenStake does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for any taxes that may apply to your activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeldenStake and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in-product. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
